Sharon Chuter, Uoma Beauty founder, died at the age of 38 in Los Angeles. According to a report by a Los Angeles medical examiner, she was found on a patio on August 14. Her death is still under investigation, and no other details have been shared.

The Estée Lauder Companies approved of 3,200 job cuts due to weak sales in China and duty-free markets. Restructuring is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
